TUNE R EX 100 M0

TUNE-R-EX is a control and shut-off damper for ventilation in explosive hazardous atmosphere.

The damper is available versions with actuator or a version

with preparation for installation of an actuator and with manual adjustment lever.

According to EN 1751 the tightness class of the damper C4 for duct static pressure up to 1000 Pa.

The casing of the TUNE-R-EX and the damper blade and the actuator platform are made from galvanized steel.

A version with the casing and the blade from stainless steel A316 is also available. The damper version

with preparation for actuator (TUNE-R-EX…-M0) has manual adjustment lever with position - fixing bolt. The metallic parts of the damper have electric equipotential interconnection. A connector for equipotential or earthing system

is available on the casing.

The duct connections and the damper blade have gaskets from EPDM with increased electrical conductivity

that prevents electrostatic charge.

• M11: Damper with stepless (0 V ... 10 V, 2/3 - Point) spring return actuator AC/DC 24 V ... 240 V, basic ATEX classification for zone 2, 22
