The building service centre efficiently and economically combines the complete building equipment for energy efficient single-family houses. It unifies the functions heating, cooling, ventilation, heat recovery and hot water.
Controlled room ventilation with integrated heat recovery provides a balanced and agreeable indoor climate.
The room ventilation is completed by a steplessly controlled air/air/water-heat pump which acts as a pure air heating in winter and provides the cooling of the house - by reversible operations - in summer.
The heat pump adjusts its performance according to the requirements for a highly efficient operation.
Moreover, the combi unit is equipped with a 150 litres drinking water reservoir and ensures by a parallel mode in the heating as well as in the cooling mode a high water comfort.
The system is controllable by an internet application or via control panel on the unit. In addition an intelligent single room control via room sensors is possible.
Further advantages of the combi unit are the emergency mode for heating as well as for hot water, the fast charging hot water and the thermally isolated ventilation unit.
In combination with PV systems it is possible to conceive self-sufficient and CO2 neutral systems.

Building Services Central Genius
Reversible air-air/air-water heatpump for heating, cooling (air-air) and hot water (air-water). Ventilation and heat recovery by rotating heat exchangers. Includes pre-wired control box.Modular design with the modules of hot water, heat pump and ventilation.
Module ventilation with supply-, extract and secondary air fan, rotary heat exchanger as well as outside air, extract air and secondary air filters. Supply air with F7 pollen filter, extract- and secondary air with F5 cassette filter . Filter monitoring using filter life.Rotary heat exchanger with heat and moisture transfer. Heat recovery rate to 85%.Casing made of double-skinned galvanized sheet steel with 30mm mineral wool for thermal and acoustic insulation. Secondary air and supply air have a diameter of 200mm, outside and extract air 160mm.The fans are energy efficient EC radial fans with a maximum power consumption of 80 Watts each.Flow-related application without secondary air operation 100 to 250m ³ / h, with secondary air operation to max.600m ³ / h (100 Pa) at 100% power requirement of the heat pump.Requires no frost protection, as the rotary heat exchanger fed the condensate produced in the winter into the supply air (automatic humidification of the air). Any condensate of the secondary air chamber comes into the heat pump module, where it is derived.

Secondary air fan is activated in parallel with compressor. Power output by increasing the airflow. Heat to the secondary air (condenser in heating mode) or heat from the working fluid air (evaporator in heating mode) by two air lamella heat exchangers in the cooling circuit. A 0-10V driven modulating radial fan provides the necessary care during the heating of the working fluid and air safe during cooling operation of the heat transport.
