The RVK fans are designed for installation in ducts. The fans have backward curved blades and external rotor motors.
The RVK-EX 315D4 can be controlled by reducing voltage via 5-step controller in combination with the Systemair Standard tripping unit U-EK230E EX.
The RVK-EX 315D4 fan complies with the ATEX regulation. The fans could be used for zone 1 and zone 2; Field of application for gases of groups IIA, IIB and also hydrogen, temperature class T1, T2 and T3. The casing is made from conducting plastic. The fans are certified under the no TPS 20 ATEX 085751 0009 X.
Explosion proof version comply with EN 60079-0, EN 60079-7, EN 14986, DIN EN ISO 80079-36 and DIN EN ISO 80079-37.
NB. Motor protection device U-EK230E EX must always be connected.

The box is made out of conductive plastics.
The fan has a backward- curved radial impeller made out of powder-coated steel plate.
The actuation is carried out by an explosion- proofed, speed-controllable external rotor motor with PTC.
For annealing the motor is situated inside the air flow.
Motor completely with impeller statically and dynamically weigh heavy according to DIN ISO 1940.
Tested according to ATEX- Guideline 2014/34/EU.
For the extraction of potentially explosive atmosphere of zone 1, category 2G and zone 2, category 3G.
Field of application for gases of groups IIA, IIB and hydrogen.
Clasification: II 2G Ex h IIB+H2 T3 Gb
